360 Booth FAQ’s

  • Yes, on a flat, level surface when the site and weather are suitable. You must supply a tent at least 10×10 feet if the forecast chance of inclement weather is 40% or greater. We do not provide tents. Provide a standard grounded outlet within 50 feet, or contact us ahead of time to agree on an alternative. Hotspot connectivity is included, subject to coverage. The team assesses the actual site and weather conditions.

  • We sure are! We can provide a COI upon request.

  • Props are optional paid additions. Our prop table measures 2×4 feet. The team confirms its placement within the approved setup; there is no additional fixed area requirement beyond the stated booth dimensions.

  • The 360 Booth requires a clear area at least 10×10 feet. We recommend 12×12 feet. No additional fixed area is required for queues, spectators, or accessories. The actual placement must be suitable and safe.

  • The 360 comes with an optional overlay tailored to your event theme and a royalty-free audio track under your videos.

    Customizations will be made in your client portal post-booking.

    The booth platform itself can be wrapped/branded for an additional fee.
