You can access your portal through the direct link in your Welcome Email, or by using the link in the footer of our website, or by using the direct link here.

We need accurate contact information not only to coordinate the details of your rental, but also for accurate contract purposes. The party listed is the party responsible.

We primarily use email to send out important reminders and notifications. Please be sure to add our email to your favorites.

Payments

Your deposit is due within 48 hours of creating your booking.

If a deposit is not received within 48 hours, our team will reach out to you to confirm your booking. If no response is received, your booking will be canceled.

Your deposit can be made at the bottom of your client portal.

Your balance is due at least 7 days before your event date.

You must get approval from our office to pay using a check. Your deposit may still need to be paid using a card. Please contact our office using your messenger within your portal.

Day-of payments require advance notice and approval from our office. Please contact our office using your messenger within your portal.

You may use the invoice icon in your client portal to pull an invoice for your records.

You may have the option to leave a tip before or after service within your portal. On-site tips may be given directly to your attendant. Tips are not required.
Contracts

Your contract is due within 48 hours of creating your booking. No services will be provided without a signed rental agreement.

My Rental

Your booth starts up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Refer to the Order Details section within your portal.

Your booth ends up to 10 minutes past your scheduled end time. Refer to the Order Details section within your portal.

A Palmetto Photo Booth attendant or team member only will set up your booth.

Please refer to the Payment Summary section of your portal for all inclusions of your rental. Not all booth types include an attendant.

Your attendant or setup team will be listed in your client portal at least 3 days before your event date.

DO NOT set your booth up in direct pathways, such as hallways or exterior walkways, or in areas where guests must walk across to access portions of your venue.

Your attendant will use their discretion on your setup location based on weather or area concerns.
If they deem it unsafe for any reason, they will recommend an alternate, or not set up your booth entirely.
We recommend consulting our team if you have any questions concerning setup.

Your attendant will consult you in the case of poor weather, and may decide to relocate, or tear down the booth entirely to protect equipment and guests.

You will be notified via email up no more than 48 hours after your event has passed with instructions and links to your gallery.

If necessary, you will be provided contact information for your attendant. You may not contact your attendant before or after your event date, and only up to 1 hour prior to their scheduled arrival time. Please contact our office for all rental matters.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to move your photo booth without the presence and guidance of a Palmetto Photo Booth team member.
Doing so will void all company liability, and you will be responsible for the full replacement price of any damaged items.
